Mattel’s request of us was to create an application that could take the real world concept of collecting and competition and translate it online. Enter the Hot Wheels garage – an interactive platform where kids can collect Hot Wheels models from the entire basic vehicles range and customize their digital garage space to store them in. A points system rewards users for playing games, obtaining a spot on the leader board and for recruiting their friends by enabling the Hot Wheels fans to buy more cars for their virtual collection.
